If we constructed a septic system for you that met code requirements for the county, we would not necessarily be able to guarantee the system - nor would the county! At West Michigan Septic Sewer & Drain Service, we think it is important to exceed the minimum standards and give you a septic system that, with proper maintenance, we can stand behind.
 
If you follow the conditions below, and follow the maintenance schedule suggested by us, we will guarantee your septic system for six (6) years.
Conditions are as follows:

1.The septic system must be built to our specifications.
2.Septic tanks must be cleaned and maintained on an annual schedule set by our company.
3.Any added sewage pumps and/or garbage disposals must be on our records to be able to adjust clean-out procedures if needed.
4.If water softener is being used or added and disposed in septic system, warranty is VOID.
5.The use of septic additives will void the warranty.
6.Groundwater sump pumps will void the warranty.
7.This warranty is not transferable without notification
